Payment Policy
RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY
STAYS OF ONE MONTH OR MORE: One half of the monthly rate is required to hold the unit and guarantee occupancy at the time the reservation is made. The balance of the rent is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Damage and telephone deposit (amount varies with each property) is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. See Payment Option section below.
STAYS OF LESS THAN ONE MONTH:The entire rent is required as a deposit to guarantee occupancy for less than a month and is due at the time of the reservation is made. Damage and telephone deposit (amount varies based on length of stay and the particular property) are due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. See Payment Option section below.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 90 days or more prior to date of arrival : 75% of the deposit is refunded
- 61- 90 days prior to date of arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded
- 31-60 days prior to date of arrival : 25% of the deposit is refunded
- 30 days or less prior to date of arrival: Total deposit is forfeited
TELEPHONE AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT:The amount of the deposits will vary depending on the length of your stay and the particular property. Because telephone phone bills in Mexico are rendered two (2) months after the expense is incurred, deposits will be returned within 90 days after departure, less deductions for telephone calls and any damage sustained by the rental property or its furnishings. A copy of the telephone bill as well as an itemized statement of damages will accompany your refund. Telephone charges will have a 15% IVA added to the total amount.

OWNER'S/MANAGEMENT RIGHTS:Owner and Management reserve the right to show premises to prospective clients with advance notice and at times reasonably convenient to the tenant.
